Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beet Robot, an automated Bitcoin futures trading bot service ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Beet Robot is a software-as-a-service subscription that automates Bitcoin futures trading strategies on your behalf through your own account on LN Markets, a third-party trading platform operated independently of Beet Robot.

Beet Robot does not custody, hold, transfer, or control your funds at any time. All trades are executed directly on your LN Markets account using API credentials you provide. You remain solely responsible for your LN Markets account, its balance, and any positions opened or closed by the Service.

The Service is provided for execution automation purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, financial advice, or any form of discretionary asset management.

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those governing cryptocurrency trading and automated trading services;
• Be eligible to use LN Markets under their own Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who fails to meet these requirements.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are denominated in Bitcoin satoshis and are collected via Lightning Network payments processed through BTCPay Server.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the irreversible nature of Bitcoin transactions, we are unable to issue refunds once a payment has been confirmed on the Lightning Network.

Your subscription remains active until its expiry date. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

AUTOMATED TRADING OF BITCOIN FUTURES INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL USERS.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Leveraged futures trading can result in losses exceeding your initial margin;
• Automated strategies may open, hold, or close positions without your real-time involvement;
• Bitcoin prices are highly volatile and can move rapidly and unpredictably;
• Past strategy performance is not indicative of future results;
• Beet Robot provides no guarantee of profitability;
• LN Markets outages, API errors, network issues, or other technical failures may cause missed trades, delayed executions, or unintended positions;
• You are solely responsible for understanding the risks associated with the trading strategies you enable.

You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely. If you are uncertain whether automated futures trading is appropriate for your situation, consult a qualified financial adviser before using the Service.

You agree to:

• Keep your LN Markets API keys confidential and secure;
• Comply with LN Markets' Terms of Service and all applicable rules of their platform;
• Maintain adequate account balance and margin on LN Markets to support active strategies;
• Monitor your LN Markets account periodically even while automation is active;
• Promptly revoke API access and disable strategies if you wish to stop automated trading;
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion;
• Provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

Beet Robot never takes possession of your Bitcoin or any other assets. We do not operate a wallet, exchange, or custodial service. The API credentials you provide grant us only the ability to place and manage orders on your LN Markets account; we cannot withdraw funds, transfer assets, or access your Lightning Network channels.

You are solely responsible for the security of your LN Markets account and API credentials. We are not liable for any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your LN Markets account or from actions taken by LN Markets.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEET ROBOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions; in those jurisdictions the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to the Service continues until the end of the current subscription period; no refund is issued for the unused portion.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, all active strategies will be stopped. We are not responsible for any open positions remaining on your LN Markets account at the time of termination.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
